TERMS & CONDITIONS

It's simple, Invision, Contract, Discuss, & Execute.

Commission's & Contract Policy -

1. A Contract Agreement will be discussed with the client before any work commences which will outline all discussed services between the client, and artist, to be provided, and executed within a certain timeframe, and financial estimate. The client will get to see the working progress of the work and most communication and collaboration will be through Gmail, Google Drive, and Frame I.O.

Once all parties are within agreement the work will commence, and then once completed, it will be uploaded to Frame I.O or Google Drive for the client to review and provide feedback. As a gesture of goodwill, we would be happy to provide additional structured refinements, only for finer details, to client projects free of charge if the client wishes to do so.

2. When the client wishes to commission the artist to produce videography, editing, and motion graphics-related work, they must provide plenty of references and information, regarding their desired project & how they want it to be produced. The more information provided by the client, the easier the communication, and accuracy of the final work.

Intellectual Property -

1. Commissioned videography, motion graphics, & artworks belong to the client and they hold the IP rights for these as the artist has been hired to produce a piece of work for them. Music & other material not produced by the Artist doesn't belong to the client unless it's royalty-free or they have been given permission to use it.

2. The client can not request to have the artist's signature/watermark or required credits removed from the commission. The client can not request the artist to copy or reproduce an exact replica of another artist's work due to copyright. The artist will use references and files that are supplied by the client, and as will the artist with their own references, artistic skill, stock imagery, and royalty-free assets/music which doesn't contain copyright and can be used commercially and with the Creative Commons Licence.
